DRY APPLICATION:
SWIRL a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with your eyeshadow brush. BUFF onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion.

WET APPLICATION:
Spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of eyeshadow.
Swirl the shadow and water together and buff onto your eyelids.
