Thank you for choosing Salon Savings. We take pride in providing our customers with fast, accurate processing and friendly customer service.

We process all orders Monday through Friday. Our order processing time takes up to 2 days. When estimating your delivery date, please add two additional days to the method of shipping you select.


We currently ship within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Our main courier is UPS. We offer 2nd day, 3rd day, Air and Overnight delivery methods. Typical delivery times are 2 - 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Salon Savings cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, we recommend you track your package on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com.

Please note that ALL orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

Customers wishing to ship to a Post Office Box will receive all packages via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail. Please note that USPS does not provide a secure tracking service for customers who choose to deliver to a PO Box. Therefore, any customer choosing to deliver to a PO Box accepts the terms that Salon Savings is not liable for any lost, stolen or misplaces packages. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes your order tracking number. You can track your order on our order tracking page or on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com. Any claims of lost, stolen or misplaces merchandise will not be accepted by Salon Savings and the customer should contact USPS.

On rare occasions, your package can be misplaced or delayed by the delivery courier. Our policy is to wait 7 full business days before we track down your package. If the delivery service is unable to locate the package we will issue a full credit for your purchase.

It is very important that the billing and shipping addresses on your order are correct. Packages returned to Salon Savings due to an incorrect address will not be reshipped. In addition, any package that is returned to Salon Savings after 3 failed delivery attempts will not be reshipped. In both these cases a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged to the credit card used for the order.

Salon Savings does not process back orders at this time. Any items not shipped must be reordered. Your credit card will not be charged unless the item is shipped.
