Please allow 24-48hrs from the date of order placement for processing. Orders placed on Fridays or Weekends will ship on Monday. However, some orders may take up to 4 days to ship if we are awaiting backordered merchandise. Depending on the value of items, orders are shipped by UPS and USPS. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE SHIP YOUR MERCHANDISE. This excludes PayPal orders.
P.O BOX addresses DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. All P.O. Box orders are shipped via USPS. If you abbreviate your P.O. BOX address and the order comes back to Salon Savings through UPS, you are responsible for the additional charges and the original shipping charges will be not refunded.
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the package is returned to Salon Savings, a $15 FEE will be applied to your card. If you would like the package re-sent again, there will be an additional $15 FEE.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Pureto Rico and Canada.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes your order tracking number. You can track your order on our order tracking page or by going to UPS.com. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us at customerservice@salonsaving.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If damage to your Salon Savings shipment occurred or tracking information says your package is lost, please keep the original packaging materials and immediately contact your shipping provider. (UPS or USPS).
Examples of Damaged Shipments:
Cracked or broken items
Products received frozen
Crushed boxes or jet puffs
Visibly tampered with packages
If you received one of the above problem packages, please follow these steps:
You have 24 hours to report a damaged package. Please review their sites for further instructions.
Please request a Damage Inspection report from the shipping provider.
Please request that your shipping provider return the package to Salon Savings if we are found responsible.
