Un-opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund. If you place an order of large quantity please be sure to check all products upon receiving order. There will be
NO RE-SHIPMENT of product under any circumstances, customer must reorder the product. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will apply to all returns that are not damaged or the wrong
item (ex: customer changed their mind, they ordered the wrong product or UPS return due to wrong address provided). All credits that require the return of items cannot be issues until the product is received.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept
COD. RETURN SHIPPING COST is the responsibility of the customer whenever the restocking fee applies. Merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will be charged the original shipping and
handling costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Customer is responsible for the product until it is received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once
they have received the information from us.
