THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR USED ITEMS OR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products that you receive from Salon Savings, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. We DO NOT accept any returns after the 30 days.
All returned items are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, pending a review. (Ex: customer changed their mind; they ordered the wrong product or sender return due to wrong address provided).
All nail polish, nail care items, fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, and brushes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless sent in error.
If returning an item that Salon Savings did not send in error, original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if Salon Savings is responsible. If Customer requests RESHIPMENT of returned packages, a $15 FEE will be applied back to their credit card.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be unused and in their original packaging and containers. Please include all manuals, warranties, and product accessories. Any appliance that has been plugged in/used will not qualify for a refund.
Returns Salon Savings are responsible for:
- Defective item (ex. Hairspray does not work)
- Invoicing errors
- Wrong item shipped
- Item(s) missing from order
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Packages must be returned prepaid. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package. Customer is responsible for the product until it is received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns.
If you would like to return an item to Salon Savings, please email our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The assigned number must be written clearly on the return package, and on the included packing slip inside. We WILL NOT issue a refund without an RMA number assigned.
We do not accept COD. RETURN SHIPPING COST is the responsibility of the customer whenever the restocking fee applies. Merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will be charged the original shipping and handling costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
The following information is REQUIRED with all returns:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Sales Order Number
- Item that is being returned (you can find the item number on your invoice)
- Reason for Return

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 30 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
