Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account on SalonSavings.com is optional. However, creating a personal account will save you from retyping all of your account information the next time you shop with us! After you have used your account to order, you can then log in to your account to check on the status of your orders, view past orders and track your shipment. Can I place my order over the phone?

Placing an order through the SalonSavings.com website is the quickest, easiest way to ensure your order is processed. We do offer phone orders for customers who are having difficulty using our website or do not have access to the internet. How do I use two-click buying?

Two-click buying is the fastest easiest way to purchase items from SalonSavings.com. Simply add an item to your cart and you will be directed to the checkout page.

To start using two-click buying, log in or create an account. On the payment information page enter your credit card information and enable the two-click buying option. It's that easy!

Shipping

Does SalonSavings.com ship backorders?

Salon Savings does not process back orders at this time. Any items not shipped must be reordered. Your credit card will not be charged unless the item is shipped. See our shipping guidelines for more shipping information.

Does SalonSavings.com ship internationally?

We presently ship only to the continental 48 United States. Please see our shipping page for additional information

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes your order tracking number. You can track your order on our order tracking page or by going to UPS.com. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us at customerservice@salonsaving.com.
