Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account on SalonSavings.com is optional. However, creating a personal account will save you from retyping all of your account information the next time you shop with us! After you have used your account to order, you can then log in to your account to check on the status of your orders, view past orders and track your shipment. Also, an account is required if you wish to take advantage of two-click buying.

For your protection, absolutely NO payment information is stored in your account without your authorization. If you have enabled two-click buying, your payment information will be encrypted and safely stored in your password-protected account.

How do I use two-click buying?

Two-click buying is the fastest, easiest way to purchase items from SalonSavings.com. Simply add an item to your cart and you will be directed to the checkout page.

To start using two-click buying, log in or create an account. On the payment information page enter your credit card information and enable the two-click buying option. It's that easy!

Shipping

Shipping Charges

Chart is NOT Valid for orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or orders shipped to AK, HI or PR.

Please allow 24-48hrs from the date of order placement for processing. Orders placed on Fridays or Weekends will ship on Monday. However, some orders may take up to 4 days to ship if we are awaiting backordered merchandise. Depending on the value of items, orders are shipped by UPS and USPS. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE SHIP YOUR MERCHANDISE. This excludes PayPal orders.

P.O BOX, APO/FPO addresses, and orders shipped to AK, HI and PR DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. All P.O. Box/APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. If you abbreviate your P.O. BOX address and the order comes back to Salon Savings through UPS, you are responsible for the additional charges and the original shipping charges will be not refunded.

A signature is required on all orders over $200.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the package is returned to Salon Savings, a $15 FEE will be applied to your card. If you would like the package re-sent again, there will be an additional $15 FEE.

We currently ship to all states, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not ship to Canada.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes your order tracking number. You can track your order on our order tracking page or by going to UPS.comor USPS.com. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us at customerservice@salonsavings.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If damage to your Salon Savings shipment occurred or tracking information says your package is lost, please keep the original packaging materials and immediately contact your shipping provider. (UPS or USPS).

Examples of Damaged Shipments:

  1. Cracked or broken items
  2. Products received frozen
  3. Crushed boxes or jet puffs
  4. Visibly tampered with packages

If you received one of the above problem packages, please follow these steps:

  1. You have 24 hours to report a damaged package. Please review their sites for further instructions.
  2. Please request a Damage Inspection report from the shipping provider.
  3. Please request that your shipping provider return the package to Salon Savings if we are found responsible.

Salon Savings will be responsible for:

  1. leaking bottles (and rest of package is unharmed)
  2. items with missing caps

Returns

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR USED ITEMS OR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products that you receive from Salon Savings, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. We DO NOT accept any returns after the 30 days.

All returned items are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, pending a review. (Ex: customer changed their mind; they ordered the wrong product or sender return due to wrong address provided).

All nail polish, nail care items, cosmetics, skincare, and brushes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless sent in error.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address DOES NOT match or package is undeliverable and the package is returned to Salon Savings, a $15 FEE will be applied to your card, along with a 15% RESTOCKING FEE if you do not request a re-shipment. If you would like the package re-sent again, there will be an additional $15 FEE

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be unused and in their original packaging and containers. Please include all manuals, warranties, and product accessories. Any appliance that has been plugged in/used will not qualify for a refund.

Returns Salon Savings are responsible for:

  1. Defective item (ex. Hairspray does not work)
  2. Invoicing errors
  3. Wrong item shipped
  4. Item(s) missing from order

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Packages must be returned prepaid. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package. Customer is responsible for the product until it is received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns.

If you would like to return an item to Salon Savings, please email our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The assigned number must be written clearly on the return package, and on the included packing slip inside. We WILL NOT issue a refund without an RMA number assigned.

We do not accept COD. RETURN SHIPPING COST is the responsibility of the customer whenever the restocking fee applies. Merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will be charged the original shipping and handling costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

The following information is REQUIRED with all returns:

  1. Full Name
  2. Phone Number
  3. E-mail Address
  4. Sales Order Number
  5. Item that is being returned (you can find the item number on your invoice)
  6. Reason for Return

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 30 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Product Quality

Your satisfaction is our main priority at Salon Savings.com. All products are 100% authentic and original brand names. We do not offer or sell any "knock offs" or imitations.

Please be aware that product images are for display only and DO NOT always accurately represent the current bottle packaging. Because manufacturers are constantly updating product packaging, we may still show an older image than what it is shipped from time to time. We are not responsible for items received with different product packaging than displayed on our site, unless ingredients have changed as well.

Un-opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund. If you place an order of large quantity please be sure to check all products upon receiving order.

Back Orders & Out of Stock Items

Salon Savings strives to update the site based on our warehouse inventory as best as we can. Since we carry thousands of items, sometimes we run out of stock on an item before we have time to turn it "off" on the site. If your order contains an out-of-stock item(s) as well as in-stock item(s), we will ship the in-stock items only. We reserve the right to CANCEL out-of-stock items on the order. In some cases, we will hold the order if the item is coming in within the business week. WE DO NOT SEND ITEMS ONCE THEY COME BACK INTO STOCK. You must place a new order to receive your previously back-ordered items. You WILL NOT be charged for out-of-stock items in your order, unless you re-purchase at a later time.* PayPal orders, please refer to our PayPal Terms and Conditions.

Salon Savings is dedicated to offering the largest selection of hair care, skin care and nail care at low prices. Therefore, if an item becomes out-of-stock, WE DO NOT OFFER RAINCHECKS. Once an item becomes unavailable, it must be sold at the new price when in comes back into stock again.

The "email when in stock" feature is available for items we expect to receive back into stock in the future. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IN STOCK DATES, nor do we know when items will come back in. We receive shipments everyday so it is hard to determine per item. If you click the button you enable us to contact you for that particular item. Once we receive the item back in stock, you will receive an email notifying you the item is available for order.

Promotional Codes

Salon Savings offers promotional codes from time to time offering special deals. These promotional codes are not valid on previously placed orders and cannot be combined with additional offers. No promo codes will be honored past the date of expiration.

Salon Savings reserves the right to modify or halt any offer without prior notice.

PayPal Terms and Conditions

If you use PayPal to make a purchase on SalonSavings.com please be aware that you account is charged before the order ships.

When you make a PayPal purchase you will be re-directed to their encrypted, secure website to access your payment information. You will then be returned to SalonSavings.com to complete the order.

As a PayPal merchant, SalonSavings.com has up to 50 days to refund your money if we are not able to fill the entire order you were originally charged for.
